You make the introduction
Tell us who they are and, if you like, a few words about them. Their name is enough to begin — an email helps us reach them sooner.
We reach out with care
We contact them personally and gently. Never a sales pitch. They will be looked after exactly as you were, and your name opens the door.
We thank you properly
A referral, to us, is a private kindness between friends — not a transaction. Should their journey come to pass, we will find a fitting way to say thank you.
