Hard Adventure

For those who measure a life in moments that demand everything.

The Experience

In New Zealand the backcountry is a proving ground, and adventure is rarely manufactured. It is simply how this country is lived: through racing buggies cutting wild trails, spearguns testing cold reef country, single-track dropping off mountains, and for those who want it, hunting alongside the locals who know this land as home.

The Columb Family

A day designed with true off-road royalty

This is a day we designed together with the remarkable Columb family, who have been involved with off-road racing for generations. There is no one in the country who knows this terrain — or these machines — better.

You are taken deep into remote wilderness, then handed the controls of purpose-built racing buggies engineered to cross country that would stop anything else. The Columbs ride alongside, coaching, pushing, laughing.

It is raw, mechanical, exhilarating adventure, and it exists nowhere else, because it was built by a family we have known and trusted for years.

Hunting with locals

Into the Wild

The land read by those who know it as home

In New Zealand, hunting is a part of life. We have an abundance of introduced animals (deer, chamois, tahr), which the Department of Conservation actively manages, and which the locals pursue with deep skill and respect.

You hunt alongside people for whom this is not sport but inheritance. They read the wind, the sign, the high tops where the tahr live, with an instinct that cannot be taught in a season.

Whether or not you fire a shot, the experience is in the pursuit — the silence, the altitude, the privilege of moving through terrain most travellers never glimpse.

Spearfishing &
the downhill edge

For The Fearless

Adventure measured in heartbeats, not hours

Free-diving the cold, kelp-thick reefs of New Zealand with a speargun is a pursuit for the committed. We dive with spearfishing guides who hunt kingfish and snapper through structure most divers never find, breath held, the only sound your own pulse.

On land, Queenstown and Wānaka's alpine single-track delivers some of the most technical downhill mountain biking on Earth, with gondola-accessed runs that drop through native bush and scree at a pace that leaves no room for hesitation.

Both are adventure stripped to its essentials: skill, nerve, and a guide who has gone further than you ever plan to.

“We seek out New Zealand's most visionary hosts and charismatic personalities, those who embody the spirit of this land and bring it to life.”

Heli-skiing & technical terrain

Push Further

Heli-skiing
& technical terrain

For those who want the vertical, there is heli-skiing in terrain no chairlift will ever reach: a thousand metres of untracked powder, accessed from above, guided by people who read avalanche country for a living.

And for the rider, Queenstown's technical single-track and alpine descents reward both nerve and skill in equal measure.
